Plan now and build later! Hunters, nature buffs, retirees! This 5 acres has location, location, location with a creek at the back! It shares a fence with crown land so you can go on adventures on your quad and explore the lake just up the forestry road. There is a cleared area for your dream home when you’re ready. The services are in & all ready to go. This 5-acre parcel is already to build a beautiful home on. There is a spick & span retro trailer to live in or camp in the meantime. The property is bordered by the forestry road to Tarus Lake and Tarus Creek in the back, complete with water license. If you want access to crown land and forever adventures, this is the place. There is 200-amp service for a shop as well as ample power to the trailer. The land has lots of hills and valleys so that gives lots of surface to explore. The land is minutes south on highway 33 from Beaverdell - and yes, people do commute from here. Come check it out!

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
