68.85 acre River Front Farm perfectly situated on no-thru road. Long driveway runs along the river leading to the stately 2600+ sq ft home and manicured lawns; then continues on to several outbuildings, with the high production field on the right. The 1992 semi-custom two storey home was built with functionality in mind and with great attention to detail. Add your own flair and impeccable taste to make it yours! At the end of the driveway looms the massive 60 x 40 Truck Shop ~ perfect for the parking the 'big rig' or for home hobby/business, complete with mezzanine, office, and bathroom. 60 acres are irrigated and have yielded potatoes, garlic, ginseng, carrots, etc over the years. Potential for grape vineyard. Other buildings include 3 Log Cabins, 100 x 36 Hayshed, 80 x 20 Machine Shed, 48 x 24 Sawmill Shelter. Fantastic, secluded setting on the North Thompson River. Just 25 minutes to Kamloops and 15 minutes to Barriere, plus seasonal access to McLure Ferry.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
