Magna Bay Waterfront. Located in the heart of Magna Bay this gorgeous 83' of Shuswap waterfront with beautiful south facing beach is just the perfect place to enjoy the lake. The lot is wonderfully landscaped and includes sprinkling system. On the lot is an older 2 bedroom home of over 1200 sq/ft which includes a half basement which is mostly finished. The garage/workshop is approximately 1200 sq/ft and includes a 16' garage door and a second 9' door so there is tons of room for the toys. On the lower level of the garage is a very modern 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen and living room. There are 2 separate electrical services including a 200 amp in the garage and 150 amp in the home. Magna Bay is the Shuswap at it's best!

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
