Make your lakefront dreams a reality! Ideally located minutes from The Rise Golf Course, close to skiing, and less than an hour from Kelowna Airport, this property on nearly a half-acre with 81 feet of prime lakefront offers a rare opportunity to build the home of your dreams in a typically unobtainable area. Within the home itself, four bedrooms and three full bathrooms in total are split between two levels. A full kitchen on both the main floor and lower-level deals incredible opportunity and flexibility. On the main level, a living room with vaulted ceilings leads to an attached deck with gorgeous lake views. Shared laundry exists on the lower floor, and generous storage exists throughout. Outside, the rear lawn leads directly to the lake where a small shed awaits for equipment or water toys. With generous space and an incredible location, this home would make the ideal fixer upper, revenue or rebuild.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
