Lovely private 10.13 acre property, perfect for building your estate residence or country home in Jenny Creek Estates, a gated community of 12 acreages properties of similar size. A paved private road serves the properties which are accessed through a gated entry. Strata fees include maintenance of the gate and road, as well as snow clearing during the winter. Water is provided by a private utility owned by the property owners, as well as those of Wilson's Landing subdivision. There is a water line running to the main building site, as well as underground power. A small carriage house was located on the property and was destroyed by the McDougall Creek fire in August 2023. The building site has been completely cleaned up and leveled. Hazardous trees have been removed from the property and views have been improved. There are two building sites. The second is at the last turn in the driveway, with lake views. The RR2 zoning allows the construction of a secondary residence on the property. There is a driveway running almost to the back of the property, where the best building sites are. The driveway requires some maintenance. There was also an orchard planted at the lower part of the property, next to the access road. It has been overgrown but could be reclaimed and planted again. Property is private and secluded bit is approximately a 20 minute drive to downtown Kelowna. Great access to hiking and outdoor activities.
