Reconditioned Home, this 2 bedroom home is located on a spacious 100 X 115 double lot in downtown Nakusp. Easy walking distance to shopping on the main street, parks and the beach. The house has under-gone a major renovation over the last 10 years: with a new kitchen, new bathroom, all the wiring & heating, plumbing, insulation, windows, drywall, sub-floor and flooring. Washer, dryer, fridge & stove are included. New asphalt roof 7 years ago. New concrete floor & insulated partial basement, for storage. There is an awesome mountain view from the large back-yard, the area could be great for gardening or just kicking back & relaxing. The lot is level with alley access and is partly fenced.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
