Blind bay's most prestigious log home located on 2.15acres with 320ft of lake shore. At over 4000sqft of living space this hand-crafted home was constructed by HGTV's "Timber Kings" Pioneer log homes and is sure to impress the fussiest of buyers. So much to take in from the exterior when you pull into this private fenced property on to the new paved driveway, the home is wrapped with stamped concrete and glass exterior railings with covered vaulted deck area and lake/mountain views for miles. Through the front foyer you are brought to the awe-inspiring vaulted living area/dining and kitchen. The primary bedroom off the main offers a claw foot soaker tub with shower and W.I.C. Up there are 3 generous sized rooms which are all used as bedrooms currently and a 4piece bath. Downstairs has beautiful polished concrete floors with full bath and additional bedroom. Heated shop with 200amps. If John Dutton had a home on Shuswap Lake this would be it! Words cannot express this property in an ad

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
