A quaint piece of paradise hidden in the Village of Fruitvale. This 4 bed 2 bath house is in a fantastic location, tucked away along the creek on a seldom traveled side street mere minutes from downtown Fruitvale. The main floor provides a spacious kitchen with open floor plan to the kitchen and access to the back deck and yard along with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The lower level boasts 2 additional bedrooms, a three piece bathroom, family room and all the storage you will ever need. The furnace is approximately 6 years old, the metal roof is newer and there is lots of parking for all your vehicles. This is a wonderful house that you will love calling home!

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
