This is a fantastic opportunity either for a developer with the land assembly, or for an investor to hold onto, since it's so close to Okanagan College and only a five minute drive to the Pandosy Village shopping centre and the shores of Okanagan Lake. There is a brand new beach park just put in by the City at Cedar Avenue that is stunning! 3159 is the middle house in this 3 lot assembly, and the price is just for 3159. See the MLS listings for 3219 St Amand and 1599 KLO for the other two home prices. There is a development application in progress with the City just across the street, and IHS Design has confirmed 6 story potential on this site. See plans in the photos. Apartment Housing Multifamily Potential. Buildable depth of all three lots and city lot combined is suggested to be 73'4" (22.4m) and a buildable width of 482'11" (147.2m), factoring in a 6m agricultural buffer. Large 1.31 acre assembly. About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
