Nestled just minutes North of Oliver, this expansive property encompasses nearly 30 fertile acres of farmland. The main residence, spanning 3,000 square feet, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Noteworthy features include: inlaid hardwood flooring in the living room, architecturally designed ceilings, 330-square-foot covered deck and a divided unfinished basement. The spacious master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a private exterior access point. Additionally, there’s a 1-bedroom guest cottage, currently leased. Approximately 4 acres are dedicated to ground crops, while the remaining land offers pastoral beauty. Fruit trees dot the landscape, and a single attached garage, 400-square-foot detached workshop, greenhouse, and a well enhance the property. Water rights along the river add to its allure. About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
