Incredible new build in Kirschner mountain with stunning lake and city views. This home was customized and constructed for the builder's personal residence but plans have changed and it's now available for purchase. The quality, design, finishing and attention to detail are 2nd to none .. this is a spectacular offering. Expansive main floor layout, huge lower level with a media room underneath the garage (could be a bachelor suite with separate entrance), plus a legal 2 bedroom self contained suite. Master suite features a steam shower in the en suite. There is dual zoned heating, butlers pantry equipped with stove, and 9' x 9' garage doors. The home is wired for a hot-tub and pool. This is a must see property!

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
