Gorgeous prime lakefront property located in the exclusive area of Horlicks Point at the end of Bealby Road. The property is a level .4 acre with 100 feet of gorgeous sandy beach!! Gentle access for swimming, paddle sports and boating. The 3 bedroom 2 bath home was built in 1970. This nicely tucked away private setting is quiet and peaceful with spectacular sun exposure!! This is a very rare property with no zoning. There may be potential for Accretion of .15 acre as well. There are currently 2 separate addresses due to the original cabin still standing. There is so much potential here with the existing home, maybe room for a second dwelling or a completely new build. This is one of the finest lakefront properties you will find in Nelson!!

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
