Located on a NO THRU ROAD, this house offers access from both Osprey Place and Nighthawk Drive. This house has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and enough room for more on the lower floor. This home is located close to the Osoyoos Arena, Elementary School and Safari Beach. A home like this would benefit from an update and improvements, but it does have great potential and is on an amazing lot of .214 acres in total. This house has a new furnace, a 44x61 foot backyard, and a large front yard with plenty of parking. If you're interested in viewing, feel free to call to book your showing. However, please note that all measurements provided are approximate and the buyer should verify them independently if important.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
