Turnkey lakefront luxury living. This one of a kind rancher sits on the shores of beautiful Okanagan lake. With an open concept design, clever use of large windows and patio doors, this property is nothing short of stunning. Panoramic lake views from inside, and roughly 180 feet of lakefront setting the stage for your back patio, you really need to see this place. Two beds, two baths, an office, and a den give it a spacious, and relaxed feel. The attached double garage looks after all of your storage needs, and an additional parking space along the side of the house is perfect for your boat trailer or RV. Speaking of boats, don't forget about the massive dock stretching 165 feet out into the lake, complete with TWO boat lifts, and FOUR seadoo lifts. Come check out this one of a kind property! About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
