The main house has high end finishing, including electric blinds and awning, which make for easy adjustments to light and temperature. The large windows allow for an abundance of natural light. There is a large oversized deck along the lakefront side of the house, as well as on one end. The guest house also has a spacious deck just above the water. This property offers luxury, privacy, and seclusion, all within 5 minutes to the Kootenay Lake Ferry, and 10 minutes to the artsy town of Crawford Bay. There is a one bedroom, one bath guesthouse with ample storage for boats, paddle boards, and other outdoor equipment. This property sits on ~200 ft. of lakefront, with a moveable dock, and a stationary dock with a slide. The exterior of the property has mature landscaping, with large rock accents, which help keep it low maintenance. The main house is exquisite. About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
