The built environment industry is one that excites me every day. With over a decade of academic and work experience in the real estate field, I feel very fortunate to say I love what I do and I am excellent at what I do.
My interest in real estate began at an early age. I was especially drawn to the business of real estate and the creative aspect of architectural design. I believe my family and I live in the most beautiful part of the world, the South Okanagan, BC, Canada. Everyday we wake up feeling blessed to live in a community of people who genuinely love where they live as much as we do. With incredible weather in the fall, spring and summer, and the serene landscapes of the Okanagan Valley year round, there is no better place to call home. Did I forget to mention we live in Wine Country… delicious!
I moved to the South Okanagan from Vancouver at the beginning of 2013. I had enjoyed what the South Okanagan had to offer part-time in 2012, and I made the decision to move permanently with the intent of pursuing love and happiness. My dreams were soon realized after finding my soulmate and wife, Zara, and shortly after, having our daughter Lilya Karma. 4 years later the family is complete with the arrival of baby Luka Cayo.
It feels so rewarding to know that my family and I grow and make our memories in the beautiful South Okanagan. We have so far made the most treasured friends and we look forward to making many more.

A few random facts about TK:
Born and raised in England. Moved to Canada at the age of 21 and has not looked back since.
Graduated from Nottingham Trent University, England, achieving a Bachelor Degree in City Planning & Property Development.
Attended the University of British Columbia and studied Building Design.
Taras’ passion project is developing and growing his Design & Build company KIN Homes.
In 1 month, ran 10 certified marathons and 5 certified ½ marathons in the USA, and raised money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
My favourite pastime is to drink wine and create music with my very talented wife #ZaraTaylor.
Every week I look forward to Sunday mornings, lying in bed with wife and kids in each arm watching a family movie.
A shared goal with my wife is to pass the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Courses.
