Imagine sitting on your front porch, coffee in hand taking in the fresh air while your kids are running back and forth from the beach laughing and playing. This is life on the Shuswap. Simple. Far enough away from the city where life moves a little bit slower and yet close enough to all of the amenities. This updated Rancher boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an appealing open concept living room and kitchen area. Little touches are what make this home so unique. From butcher block and quartz counter tops , a home gym in the garage ( which can easily be converted back) to the beautiful back deck, meticulously kept lawn, this home is the perfect starter, family or retirement property. Shuswap Beach Estates is just steps away complete with its own boat launch. This home is worth taking a look! Some items to note- the home has all new plumbing, extra siding stored under the deck, hot water tank is 2019, the furnace is 2010, beach access is $65 for the year, boat launch key is $80.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
