Be the first to own one of these Forest Crowne homes, the developer has chosen several different plans to be built in the newest Subdivision. This beautiful 1760 square foot rancher is the layout you have been waiting for. The open concept allows for lots of natural light and with everything on one floor you never have to think of moving again! The spacious master bedroom features a full ensuite with double sinks and a walk-in closet. There are also two additional good-sized bedrooms. Easy access to your outdoor space from the master bedroom and the living room dining area, both feature sliding doors to the back yard. The mature trees will add to the privacy when you landscape your yard. The builder has time to start one more house this year, take a look at the different plans and make the move! The area has paved walking trails and for the more adventurous you can bike many of the groomed trails Kimberley has to offer. Forest Crowne is situated conveniently between the golf courses and the ski hill. Go take a walk on the many trails surrounding the development and picture yourself retiring or raising your family in that area.
