4 bedroom & 3 bathroom home, this extensively renovated single-family home with a two-bedroom in-law suite offers a vast rooftop patio overlooking Swan Lake on a nice large, rural property...... just minutes outside Vernon—potential to build a large shop on nearly half an acre. It is a gently sloping lot with a fabulous view of Swan Lake. Full basement with separate walkout entrance and self-contained two-bedroom suite. A new 2ply torch on the roof system was done in 2019 (10-year warranty). A home-based business would also be perfect, with high visibility and an accessible location to Highway 97. Limitless potential - bring your ideas!!

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
