This is a really solid and large 4-5 bedroom home on a quiet Rayleigh cul-de-sac. Lots of upgrades here including newer windows, Hardi-plank siding, HE furnace, newer AC, some newer flooring, bath upgrades, and more. Large lot is over 1/3rd of an acre, with room for a well-placed detached shop. Loads of parking and room for your RV, and the double garage has drive-thru rear yard access. There is also a great workshop in the basement behind the garage with 220V electrical service. Nice big covered deck out back, plus a covered porch/reading room as well. Lots here for the young or growing family!

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
