Lots of NEW in this 2 bed 2 bath Rancher located in the ever popular +55 Village on 10th. Most recent updates include – fully painted – brand new barely used appliances x 5, brand new Forced Air Furnace (geothermal removed), brand new AC, newer carpet in front bedroom – rest of the house is hardwood, and new mechanical for the outside back patio electric awning. The open concept floor plan is easy to work with – the Primary Suite is spacious with a full ensuite – there is a single car attached garage and extra parking in the driveway. Lots of storage space and you will enjoy sitting on the back deck which backs on to farm land with a full view of Mount Ida - very peaceful. Strata fee covers all your yard maintenance. Pets are allowed with size restrictions. RV - no problem - this Strata has a parking lot for RVs available for a small cost per month. Great location with easy walk to Piccadilly Mall. No updates needed here – just simply move in – quick possession is possible as well. Thanks for looking

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
