Absolutely Perfect Cottage. Panoramic lake views, luxury finishes and spectacular vaulted ceilings with incredible window detail create a light and spacious feel at this one of a kind cottage. Add in a white designer kitchen with solid surface counter tops, black stainless appliances and a tongue and groove wood clad vaulted ceiling. The primary bedroom has its own private patio in addition to the two large patios at the rear of the cottage overlooking the lake. The tandem garage is set up to be your own personal gym, as well amazing additional lock off storage. A heat pump, wall mounted A/C units and an on demand hot water tank complete the high quality of this build. With legal Air BnB status and a 5 Star rating as "Hilltop Haven" at La Casa for peak summer rentals and off season long term rentals, this unit has the potential to generate $60,000 per year in revenue.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
