Quality built, three bedroom mid century family bungalow with attached, 340 square foot home based business office complete with bathroom. The office area is suitable to a wide range of home based businesses or could be easily converted into either a residential secondary suite or additional living area for the primary residence. The home has a very functional floor plan with plenty of storage and many original features including oak hardwood flooring and trim throughout most of the main floor, wood fireplace, and retro kitchen with cabinetry crafted by local carpenter. The main bath is a good size and has been recently renovated. The daylight basement with near 8 foot ceiling height and a two piece bath is a blank slate ready for your finishing touches, maybe to create a secondary suite, shop space or additional living area. The property is in a very central location walking distance to Lakeside Park, shopping and many schools and offers level access to off street parking.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
