THESE UNITS ARE NOT ALL THE SAME This unit has a great location and features. It has a tenant who is currently paying $1525 month. One of the quietest locations, not facing a street and has it's own larger deck. There is quick access to stairs if needed and great access to the large common outdoor area (same level), including barbeques. There is a practical murphy bed which folds up to reveal a sofa! There are extra cabinets for storage and a seldom found cutlery drawer. A backsplash was added when purchased. Rent will go up to $1578 per month in October. The owners have no trouble renting this unit. More amenities than a basement suite and larger than a hotel room. Come... look at them all... you will pick this one.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
