This 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is arguably one of the best in Canyon Court. Laminate flooring throughout, tons of storage, brand-new vanity in the bathroom and lots of cupboard space. This north facing unit has a beautiful patio shaded by the trees in the front with Penticton creek beyond. Unique to this unit is the extra counter and shelving unit in the kitchen, dishwasher and pot lights in the living room that make all the difference. Canyon Court just installed a new torch on roof within the last year. The building has shared laundry, one covered parking stall and a storage room. Tenant in place, 24 notice is required for showings. Book your viewing today, this one won’t last long!

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
