Thoughtfully renovated sprawling home on a huge private 1/2 (.48) acre lot with Lake and Mountain views. Rarely do you get this size of lot in a great little neighbourhood that's centrally located in West Kelowna. Literally steps to schools, parks, restaurants, trails, churches and all the amenities that West Kelowna has to offer. Definitely not a cookie cutter home. So much attention to detail has been spent here. Heated tile floors not just in the bathrooms, but in the kitchen too! The primary bedroom has floor to ceiling windows complete with a motorized external shutter system. Windows and pot lights everywhere give this home a bright and warm feeling. The ample sized backyard faces Glen Canyon Regional Park with walking trails and further enhances the privacy. This home is ready to occupy and a must see with for a 4th bedroom or office plus the potential to suite

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
