0.49 acres of flat land, right across the road from the water in the growing community of Lake Country. With the Official Community Plan (OCP) supporting high-density residential development and connections to sewer and water available, this is a prime development opportunity. The property is immediately adjacent to Beasley Park, offering 23.716 acres with seamless lakeshore access. The District of Lake Country has purchased more lands in the area to further expand their parklands, offering even further upside for amenities. Other amenities include commercial developments, the rail-trail, and tennis courts all in a reasonable walking distance. This could be a great opportunity for a townhome development, or potentially a boutique condo development. There is a small home on the property (as-is where-is) to provide rental income prior to development.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
