The raw potential that this sun-drenched acreage offers certainly seals the deal. In the heart of Coldstream, the gorgeous single-family home with detached shop as well as flat usable acreage. With attached double garage, the five-bedroom home has been thoughtfully designed with an open-concept layout on two floors. On the main level, a bright and white kitchen contains stainless steel appliances and black hardware and fixtures, and the adjacent dining area offers direct access to the rear deck. Two bedrooms and a primary bedroom on this level share a well appointed full hall bathroom with a spa-like tiled shower. Beyond the main home, a separate 27’ x 35’ shop is both heated and insulated with a single garage attached. Lastly, the entire acreage is both fenced and cross fenced for future livestock potential.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
