About
Mother of 2, Globe trotter, health advocate, entrepreneur and now an award winning realtor based in Kelowna BC.
Arrived for the first time to Kelowna in 2010 as tourist and visiting this town regularly after that. In 2014, she returned with her family to live in the Okanagan Valley permanently.
Minerva overcame cancer and became very strong in her advocacy to promote healthier life style, inspiring everyone with her knowledge and personal experience. She started her business in short term rental during her first 4 years in Kelowna, hosting guests in their Dilworth homes. Traveling to different countries was inevitable with family members working on cruise ships, homes in the Philippines and Italy. She had been to 96 countries so far and promotes the Okanagan Valley to be one of the most beautiful places to live.
In 2021, she challenged the Real Estate examination and became licensed realtor in British Columbia. Minerva represented over 20 clients from the Okanagan Valley who are mostly first time home buyers made her to be Rank Number 1 (tied with 2 realtors) Representing Buyers in Kelowna. She is dedicated in serving the Filipino community who needs someone who can speak Tagalog, understands the needs and wants of families and dedicated enough to guide and prepare first time home buyers while also working with clients outside of the Filipino community. She establishes her brand by celebrating her client’s move in day as a unique experience. Per Minerva, the best part of her work is making very strong connection with a lot of people and serving them not only as clients in real estate but as extended families in Canada.
She was chosen to be one of the panelists in 2023 Asian Heritage week. Minerva was voted Secretary in the Board of Officers for the Okanagan Filipino Asian Club in January 2024. On April 13, 2024, she put together a concert along with some friends to showcase local bands and singers at the Okanagan Mission Hall to give a different experience, discover talents, provide more income for food and drink vendors, promote culture and support local businesses. Her vision is to help the community grow in love, prosper families, honor traditions and strengthen camaraderie and immersing other cultures into the Canadian way of life and help bring the best in everyone she comes in contact with. "Meaningful Moves" is her slogan which is giving her clients a memorable and enjoyable experience to celebrate their venture into real estate investing.
