Stunning architecture in this home with amazing neighbors to add to the beauty of this street. Grand entry through the spacious entrance way and open to the 2nd floor. Upstairs be amazed at the large living area with its own deck, hot tub and valley views. Custom cabinets and a gas fireplace add to the appeal. The kitchen is made with oak, stainless steel appliances and has a private den/office beside it. 3 bedrooms where everyone gets plenty of space and includes a master bedroom with a walk in closet. Downstairs find a 2nd living area, a half bathroom and double car garage. Downstairs there is also a one-bedroom suite with separate laundry and backyard entrance. The lane in the back allows access to the garage and for extra parking on the driveway. Located next to Pearson Elementary School, this is great for someone with young families.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
