This is the best floor plan in The Ellis. As you enter the home you have a proper front entry, not all condos do, some condos you actually enter in right beside the kitchen. The front entry then leads you down a corridor to the kitchen and main living area. The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the floor plan giving each occupant privacy. No need to turn the lights on during the day because this corner condo has a lot of natural daylight. To top it off, because this is a ground floor home, we not only have a lovely large patio measuring 8’ x 10’ but also an additional deck area measuring 12’ x 17’ which makes such a great space for enjoying our lovely Penticton seasons. From there you have a large grassy area and there is nothing better than smelling our lovely planet earth. This home has recently been completely freshly painted, new carpeting and tasteful laminate flooring. This feels like home! About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
