5 flat acres in beautiful Cawston, BC with awesome valley views. This is a clean canvas waiting for your brush strokes to make it your masterpiece. This one-bedroom home is ideal for socializing. The large shop is ideal for storage, or a barn, or converted into a second residence. The outbuilding can be made into a guest cabin or horse stalls. The flat acreage can become an orchard or ground crops. There are so many options. A new high efficiency propane (gas) furnace was recently installed, as was a heat pump. The wood stove has been replaced with a bigger unit. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen were renovated 5 years ago, when the owners purchased the property. If you are outside and need to use the facilities, there is an outside bathroom for that purpose. From the moment you enter through the 100+ year old set of doors, to when you relax on the exposed aggregate patio, you will see this is a dream property offered to the discriminating Buyer.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
