Mathew had always showed an interest in entrepreneurial activities and has a natural attraction to real estate. First Licensed in 2003, lots has changed in the real estate industry in British Columbia. In 2005 Mathew graduated with his Undergraduate Degree from the University of British Columbia. Mathew’s upbringing in the real estate industry has been one he has been around his entire life. A year after graduating University, Mathew and his mother Karen, founded RE/MAX Wine Capital Realty in downtown Oliver, BC in 2006. It is now the largest real estate company in Oliver and specializes in all facets of Real Estate including Property Management, Strata Management and of course, Real Estate Sales and Marketing. Mathew is driven and a sales leader: He prides in meeting and exceeding expectations and pushing the marketing envelope for both his customers and his brokerage. 16 years later, (2019) Mathew has been involved in the sale over a thousand of properties including residential, commercial, business, industrial and farming opportunities. Mathew has been fortunate enough to be a recipient of internationally recognized sales achievement awards for EVERY Year since 2005 in the Re/MAX International System. No Job is too big or small! In 2009, Mathew also obtained his Real Estate Broker’s Management License. He is actively involved in the South Okanagan Sportsmen's Association as a director where he teaches the Outdoor Safety Program administered by the Province of BC on behalf of the BC Wildlife Federation. Mathew has just celebrated his 13th Wedding Anniversary with his wife, Jodie. Mathew and Jodie have two wonderful children-- the purpose in his life: Ripley aged 5 and Adrianna, 3. Mathew and his family live in Oliver and love it!
