A rare opportunity to own an acreage that truly has an artist's view of Okanagan River all the way to Vaseaux Lake. Located on the edge of a major vineyard area, it's just a short walk to 8 quality wineries. Close to half of the property is level while the rest has a west-facing slope. The south end has been cleared, is irrigated and partially fenced. Good potential for grapes, garden crops or equestrian purposes. The north end is untouched. Built in 1989 by the current owner, the home has 2 bedrooms up, 1 down and is set up for a summer kitchen in the walkout basement. New hot-water tank, new vinyl-plank flooring in basement. Gas fireplace (propane) in living room, Pacific Energy woodstove down. Cold storage plus 2 other unfinished storage rooms. Attached double garage, 3 large sheds. Quick occupancy possible.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
