LOCATION! LOCATION! BUILD YOUR DREAM. Welcome to 1967 Abbott Street. Abbott St is considered Kelowna’s true gem and rarely do homes become available in this most sought-after location. The character & charm of the neighborhood is breathtaking. Located on a prime southwest facing corner lot, looking directly at a sandy beach access, literally steps away from the front door. This one level rancher features sunken fireside family room situated off the main living and a dining area off the open kitchen which includes an Island and SS appliances. This home is bright with large windows throughout including both the master bedroom and secondary bedroom and features a large deck off the dining area for outdoor entertaining. The deck also gives way to your own private yard. The lot boasts ample parking and single garage. In addition to being steps to the beach, you are very close to the downtown core and the South Pandosy district featuring fine dining, retail, Kelowna General Hospital and more

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
