Beautifully crafted home in the family-oriented Campbell Creek community. With almost 3,000 sq. ft. of finished space, this home features a great two-storey floor plan with 3 bedrooms in-law suite downstairs. The primary bedroom upstairs is spacious, and the 5-piece ensuite includes a jetted tub. Two kids' bedrooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill 4-piece bathroom. On the main floor, you'll find a large living room, dining room, spacious office, and a bright island kitchen that leads to a covered sundeck with gas BBQ hookups. The lower level has a separate entry, 3 bedrooms in the in-law suite, a newer kitchen, and a separate laundry room. The home also includes a 200-amp service and ample room to install a future hot tub and other appliances. With easy access to the highway, community park, and golf course, this is a great community for raising a family. This home is a must-see!

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
