Looking for that perfect retirement home in the beautiful Naramata Bench! Here it is! This rancher style home sits on over a quarter acre lot and has lake views from the large deck, and as a bonus the garage is currently set up as a large bunk house with a 2 pc. bath and a separate work space. It could easily be converted back to a full garage, but it currently works great for all your company. This home has been lovingly maintained and upgraded, see attached list of improvements. The Naramata Bench is home to a number of wineries, distilleries and cideries as well as the renowned KVR biking, hiking, trails. Naramata Township features parks, beaches, shops and parks.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
