This wooded and very private property offers an amazing 150 feet of your own private beach, a large 0.75-acre lot, and a spacious rustic cabin. As a bonus, there is a beautiful swimming pool that overlooks the lake and mountains. The property is situated on the scenic part of the wide section of Kootenay Lake, which is ideal for boating and all other water sports, perfect for family and friends. The cabin features 2 large bedrooms, a loft, and a very open living and dining area with a cozy fireplace. This is an excellent property if you are looking for a large waterfront lot to build your dream home or if you want a seasonal retreat to enjoy this incredible part of the Kootenays. The sellers have applied for and completed a new survey of the subject parcel to include the accreted land. As a result, the current 0.75-acre parcel will increase to nearly one acre.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
