Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 2 bedroom suite located in the very popular Foothills neighbourhood of Vernon. The upstairs features a bright open concept living/cooking/eating area with gas fireplace. All countertops (kitchens and bathrooms) in the main home and the suite are quartz and all sinks are undermount. Rounding out the upstairs is a nice sized primary bedroom with 3 pc ensuite, 2 other bedrooms as well as the main bathroom. Downstairs you have a large family room as well as the laundry room. In the backyard you have a lovely patio area complete with gas BBQ. And as an added bonus the garage is heated and there is some additional parking along the south side of the home. The suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and laundry. Outside it has a patio area and 2 parking spots. This 2018 home is a great family home with a mortgage helper in one of Vernon's best loved neighbourhoods.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
