This Fruitvale property offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. The living area is an open concept with lots of windows featuring the beautiful valley. On the ground level there is a walkout studio suite with a full kitchen, a full bathroom, it's own entrance and shared laundry. Mechanical upgrades over the last couple years include a new electrical panel, wood stove, and a new roof and doors on the garage! You'll notice tons of landscaping including a new retaining wall, fruit trees, new garden shed, ease troffs and the property is fully fenced! The roof and plumbing was done in 2016, along with a new main water line to the house in 2020. Wow! All that's left is your cosmetic touch!

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
