The one you must see! Roof top Patio and more ! This cozy home is minutes to the beach, restaurants, hospital, shops and entertainment... the location does not get any better. As you arrive turn onto a private parking pad in front the home in front of the garage large enough for several vehicles. A private fenced front yard out front beautifully landscaped large enough to entertain, with shaded mature trees. Across the street a large park with baseball field and playground. Enter the home and be swept away in this well designed floor space. Recently tens of thousands of dollars of upgrades throughout the home from appliances, paint, flooring and fencing. Just off of Pandosy Street and a 5 minute drive to downtown Kelowna or stay in your own hood and get to know Pandosy Village. Walk or bike on the community paths and take in the sunsets at Gyro Beach. Life in Kelowna has arrived.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
