Sunnydale Dr. is a quiet little nook in Shuswap Lake’s premier golf course district, boasting some of the widest properties around and no through traffic. Spacious lots promise plenty of elbow room and privacy. This pristine Carl Simon executive rancher is elegant and built to stand the test of time. Landscaped to the nines with underground sprinklers, mature cedar hedges and massive concrete driveway. The quality continues inside with a sprawling interior floor plan with extras like real 3/4” hardwood and an ensuite you’ve never seen before! Newer appliances all included and a full blind package. This home looks brand new with lots of extras a new home does not offer. Virtual tour measurements must be verified if deemed important

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
