Welcome to 791 Morven drive, a home with plenty of updates in a neighbourhood so many amazing people are proud to call home. Located in wonderful Westsyde this delightful place is close to centennial park(so come play hockey, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, soccer or there is a petting zoo, playground, disc golf and even a water park to help you stay cool during the summer) The fun doesn't stop there as there are trails great for walking, running or riding your bike and if that's not enough come on inside and check out this 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom place that could easily be made into an in-law suite for added rental income with a separate entrance to the basement. There is a newer kitchen with quartz counters and a large island great for hosting family and friends. With the large landscaped and fully fenced yard, this property has fruit trees and underground sprinklers. The garage is wired to be able to use a welder and the newly built 21x16 detached shed. About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
