Only minutes away from Salmon Arm. Consider the many opportunities for home businesses and/or farm gate sales. Spacious and fertile, flat lot features fish pond, large spectacular gardens with numerous flowers, vegetables, berries and fruit trees. (Note: some pictures are from the summer of 2022 and illustrate beautiful gardens in full bloom). 2 sheds and 3 canopy tents provide lots of storage. Level entry home features 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, large living room, 2 bathrooms and laundry/utility room. 4 ft crawl space below provides additional storage. New wood stove installed in 2023; it's use keeps gas bills to only $13/month for heating. New roof in 2018. Electrical update in 2015. New water pump in well in 2023. Septic pumped out regularly every 3-4 years. There are many extras too numerous to mention. Come and see it and be amazed!

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
