Welcome to Naramata’s ‘Biggest Little Farm’ - An incredibly rare opportunity to own a true turn-key farmstead property in the heart of Okanagan wine country. This almost 4 acre farm, with 2.5 acres of organic Chardonnay and Gamay grapes used for the renowned Bella sparkling wines, is also home to a heritage orchard consisting of cherry, apple, plum, pear, peach, and apricot trees. An extensive vegetable garden and custom greenhouse, producing chicken coop, ready to go pig pen, and full composting station complete the package for sustainable living. The recently renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom farm house features breath-taking vineyard and lake views, spectacular outdoor entertaining area for al fresco dining, and a converted 2 car garage that serves as a tasting room, business, or home gym. This is more than a home, it’s a way of life. Don’t miss this chance to fully embrace the cittaslow lifestyle of the Naramata community.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
