Check out this Unique 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in the heart of Penticton. With just a short walk to downtown Penticton, Okanagan Lake, Schools, Shopping, and all your favourite Restaurants, there is no need to fill that car with gas ever again. The upgrades in this unit are extensive, starting with the heated bathroom floors, and ceramic tiles throughout. Vinyl floors in the hallways and living room, upgraded electrical, fun storage units throughout, and lest we forget the venting for the AC. You could not get a better location in the building than this one, located on the corner with only one partial shared wall and above the carport it is by far the quietest space in there. Ask your agent for a list of all the upgrades done to this fun space.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
