Apex Mountain is one of the hidden gems of BC skiing. Located only 30 min from Penticton, it's a full service, destination resort with some of the lightest champagne powder imaginable! In the off season locals enjoy hiking, mountain bike riding, canoeing in Nickle Plate lake, or just relaxing and breathing in the fresh mountain air. On a quiet, no through road, walking distance from the ski runs, you'll find this 3 story chalet complete with it's own, self contained suite or guest accommodation (vacant) in the lower level. Over 2500 sq ft of living area on nearly half an acre! Newer kitchen with updated appliances, 200 amp service, and a wood furnace with electric back up to heat the home. Large windows bring in the beauty of the surrounding area while the fireplace keeps you cozy all winter long. What are you waiting for?... Winter is coming!

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
