Located in the heart of the Pandosy Urban Centre, this 60’ x 115’ parcel sits one block from the Pandosy transit corridor and is just steps away from the shores of Lake Okanagan, Pandosy Village, Kelowna General Hospital and more. Boasting UC5 Zoning (4 stories and 1.6 FAR), laneway access for potential parkade access, exceptional walk & bike scores (91 & 93), and a huge push from the city to densify the neighbourhood, this lot is prime for redevelopment. With the most desirable school catchment area in Kelowna, the scenic Abbott corridor, and the lowest number of residential units for an urban centre in Kelowna, it’s no surprise the Pandosy Urban Centre and the Gore Street Neighbourhood are experiencing tremendous growth with new projects on every corner. BONUS - While you plan your future development, enjoy great returns and a hassle-free holding property with the existing 2 bed/ 1 bath updated home that features fantastic tenants paying $3,100 + utilities/month. About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
