This home features 2 bedrooms up and 2 bedrooms down, with a bathroom on each floor. Plenty of parking with a 1 car carport and a large Garage/Workshop with an additional storage/root cellar. The yard is fully fenced, with a nice sized deck off the kitchen. Recent upgrades are a newer A/C, Furnace and is plumbed for another small kitchen at the basement entrance, so it could be easily suited, if you chose! This home has good bones although the owners realize the cosmetics are a little tired, so they have listed it for over $80K below Assessment! Book your viewing, this won't last long!

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
