A wonderful studio apartment located in the bustling heart of Kelowna's downtown. This prime location offers the convenience of city living, with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and major bus stops all within walking distance. Compared to other studios in the same area, this unit stands out for three key reasons: It includes a valuable underground parking space and a locker, rare finds in the downtown core where space is at a premium. The building features an entire floor dedicated to shared amenities, including a lounge, games room, gym, outdoor BBQ area, garden, and even a communal vegetable garden. The unit has been upgraded with additional built-in wall cabinets, adding $10,000 to the original developer's price, offering more storage than other studios in the building. The private balcony further enhances the comfort and value of the space. Don't miss out on this exceptional opportunity!

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
